Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, retention practices, business and market development.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and experience to interact with physicians and leadership at all levels.
• Knowledge of geographic area served to guide physicians and families on the community.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary site liaison and provides consultation/education during pre-interviewing.
• Coordinates and schedules site visit plans, itineraries and interviews with leadership.
• Maintains contact with clinicians post hire to ensure a smooth transition and gather feedback.
