Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a physician recruitment professional to maintain its physician panel, negotiate costs within guidelines, and onboard new physicians according to Client needs. This production-based role emphasizes meeting monthly recruiting targets and developing strong relationships with regional panel physicians, clinics, and leadership.

You will manage open service requests, coordinate paperwork (W9, CV, agreements), and help expand the network across the region.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Physician recruitment experience in healthcare/insurance settings valued.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel and negotiate costs per guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians: complete paperwork, CVs, W9, NPDB as needed.
• Research and outreach to add panel options and fill vacancies.
• Represent and support panel physicians with in-person visits and scheduling.
• Procure exam locations and maintain Dane Street's resource database.
• Handle open service requests and report sourcing updates.
• Work with Network leadership to set terms and fees.
