Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions in Windham, New Hampshire, is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support physicians through the licensure process and ensure timely credentialing. This on-site role collaborates across internal teams and State Licensing Boards to enable physicians to begin work as scheduled.

After 6 months, there is an opportunity to work from home 1–2 days per week. We offer comprehensive benefits, a quarterly bonus plan, and a culture focused on People First, Always.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a professional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks, utilizing time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between physicians and State Licensing Boards
• Assist physicians with the licensing application process
• Follow up with Boards to ensure applications are complete
• Maintain physician personnel files and the physician database
• Communicate licensing updates to providers and internal teams
• Provide world-class customer service via phone and email
• File and scan physician documents into their personnel files
• Complete additional projects as assigned
