Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel; familiar with databases.

• Experience in clerical/support roles with customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Compile documents, research and verify provider education.
• Liaise between state boards and providers.
• Obtain updates on the status of applications and report progress.
• Request and verify documentation pertaining to education and licensing.
• Make calls and send correspondence to request applications; notify providers of materials.
• Communicate with boards regarding licensing qualifications and questions.
• Request and track documents requested by state boards.
• Request National Board verifications and state license verifications.
