Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions seeks a Credentialing Coordinator to organize, verify, and streamline credentialing for physicians across our national network. You will partner with internal delivery teams, physicians, and facilities to ensure timely and accurate credentialing outcomes.

This role emphasizes client service, meticulous file maintenance, and proactive communication. The position is on-site at our Windham, NH office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a credentialing or related environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with solid time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients and understand their credentialing processes
• Ensure completion of details in provider credentialing files per Medicus standards
• Communicate credentialing updates to providers, clients, and internal teams
• Provide customer service via phone and email
• Maintain physician personnel files and database
• Assist with other projects as assigned
