The role manages scheduling, chart preparation, and related clerical duties to support physicians throughout the day.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pain management experience preferred.
• Ability to type 40 wpm and maintain accurate charts.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between physician, patients, families, staff, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Schedules appointments for new and established patients and handles related clerical tasks.
• Prepares and secures charts, processes prescriptions and correspondence as requested by physicians.
• Coordinates test results, deposits, records requests, and physician schedules.
• Performs general clerical duties and maintains accurate, organized records.
