Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming phone calls and identifies the best resolution path.
• Secures charts related to diagnostic tests and discusses issues with physicians.
• Registers and assists in scheduling of appointments for patients.
• Performs chart preparation and correspondence for the physician.
• Maintains physician credentials and CME records.
