Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to serve as the liaison between physicians, patients, and the care team. You will help manage physician schedules, coordinate appointments, prepare charts, and handle related clerical duties to ensure smooth patient care.

This on-site role requires strong organization, clear English communication, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to type 40 wpm with good spelling ability.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in business software/equipment.
• Knowledgeable in basic medical terminology.
• Must communicate in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between physician, patients, staff and other parties to coordinate care.
• Register and schedule appointments for new and established patients; coordinate depositions.
• Prepare charts prior to clinic hours and ensure all documentation is complete for physicians.
• Assist in special projects and coordinate releases and insurance pre-certifications as requested.
