Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, retention practices, and market development.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication with physicians and leadership.
• Ability to coordinate projects with timeline development, implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary site liaison during pre-interviewing process, coordinating contact between candidates and physician leaders.
• Develops and schedules site visit plans, itineraries and interviews; assesses fit with leadership.
• Maintains feedback loops with candidates and leaders to optimize the interview experience.
