Advocate Health is seeking a Physician Recruiter to manage system-wide recruitment of physicians, developing and executing strategic recruitment plans that align with our organization’s goals and community needs.

You will source candidates through web advertising, journals, social media and networking, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with site partners to present qualified opportunities and facilitate long-term matches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in physician recruitment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identifies and sources targeted physicians using diverse methods.
• Develops and implements recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Screens and interviews candidates to assess fit and competencies.
