Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with providers and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary site liaison and provides consultation during the pre-interview process to facilitate contact between candidates and physician leaders.
• Provides consistent communication on candidate itineraries, market conditions, and recruitment plans; identifies issues and proposes proactive solutions.
• Identifies candidate family needs, researches as needed, and provides community tours and education.
• Develops and schedules site visit plans, itineraries, and interviews with leadership to assess fit.
• Collaborates with administration to capture physician practice descriptions and coordinates onboarding and orientation processes.
