Qualifications

• Typically requires 5 years of experience in human resources, marketing, medical group operations or communications that includes experiences in developing relationships with providers, educating providers on services and programs and facilitating processes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary site liaison and provides consultation/education during the pre-interviewing process to answer questions and facilitate contact between candidates and physician leaders.
• Provides consistent communication on the candidate, itinerary development, market conditions and recruitment plans.
• Identifies the candidate's family needs, researches as needed, provides community tours and educates the family accordingly.
• Develops, coordinates, and schedules site visit plans, itineraries and interviews for candidates with leadership teams.
• Collaborates with local administration to capture practice descriptions and support workforce planning at the site level.
• Oversees onboarding and coordination of new hire orientation and housing support as needed.
