Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a dynamic geriatric team in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for residents.

The role requires an active PTA license in the state of practice and the ability to evaluate and treat independently with a resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PTA license in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with mobility therapies to improve function.
• Support treatment plans to reduce pain and disability.
• Provide independent evaluation and groundwork for resident goals.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
