Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. The role supports the PT in evaluating and treating residents with a passion for mobility and wellness.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee PTA license and can work independently with minimal supervision. SNF experience is preferred but not required; reliable, compassionate care is essential.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
