Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Millersville, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist the PT with therapies aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and promoting independence for residents.

Candidates must hold a valid PTA license in Tennessee, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and demonstrate a genuine passion for improving residents’

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Passion for geriatric population and Skilled Nursing Facility settings.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
