Job summary
Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join its team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate has a TN PTA license, enjoys working with geriatric residents, and can evaluate and treat independently under supervision as needed.
You will assist with therapies aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and promoting overall wellness. Monday–Friday scheduling and comprehensive benefits offered.
Qualifications
- Candidate must hold TN license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
- Passion for geriatric population and functional activities.
Responsibilities

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
