Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of practice, passionate about geriatric care, and capable of evaluating and treating independently with a focus on functional activity for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PTA license in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
