Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support our therapists and patients. You will assist with preparing treatment areas, setting up equipment, and guiding patients through exercises, while ensuring a smooth check-in, intake, and scheduling process.

The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices in a collaborative environment. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is preferred, with a welcoming team focused on patient

Qualifications

• Healthcare or customer service experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and appointment times.
• Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling, assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, complete forms.
• Assist Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform exercises and support home exercise programs.
