Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support patient care and help meet treatment goals. You will greet patients, assist with intake, scheduling, and paperwork, and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions.

You will also assist the Physical Therapist by setting up equipment, monitoring progress, guiding home exercises, and providing patient support throughout recovery. Training and mentorship will be provided in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Must be 18+ years old
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments
• Assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling and updating patient records
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits and complete medical forms
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment
• Monitor patient progress and communicate feedback to the therapy team
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs
