ATI Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support clinical teams and patients. You will greet patients, assist with intake, scheduling, and onboarding, and help prepare treatment areas to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will work closely with Physical Therapists, assisting with exercises and equipment setup, while monitoring patient progress and contributing to a supportive patient-care environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; candidates must be 18 or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration; assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients; review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
