ATI Physical Therapy seeks a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team and support clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care. You will help prepare treatment areas, assist with equipment setup, and guide patients through exercises under supervision.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, exposure to physical and occupational therapy, and opportunities to grow within a trusted healthcare provider. A positive attitude and basic healthcare involvement are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and age 18+.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: healthcare experience in PT/tech, Medical Assistant, hospital, chiropractic, or fitness setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and throughout their appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling; assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas; set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and with home exercise programs.
