• Must be 18+ years old and have healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: healthcare roles such as PT aide, medical assistant, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake processes.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs as prescribed.
