ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality patient care. You will support clinicians, assist patients with exercises, and help manage treatment areas.

The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is valued, with opportunities to grow within a Great Place To Work Certified team.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake/registration.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
