Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake/registration.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
