Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality patient care. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy, working alongside licensed therapists to support treatment sessions and patient progress.

The role emphasizes assisting clinicians, preparing treatment areas, and enabling efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 18+ years old required.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms for new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment, and support therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and support home exercise programs.
