Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. seeks a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and patients in daily sessions and administration.

You will learn hands-on skills in therapy environments, assist with preparations, patient check-ins, and home exercise programs while gaining healthcare exposure and mentorship in a collaborative team. On joining, you’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and exposure to physical and occupational therapy workflows in a Great Place To Work

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check‑in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team; assist patients in performing exercises and home programs.
