ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and patients in daily operations. You will help with intake, scheduling, and preparing treatment spaces, while assisting patients with exercises and tracking progress.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma and experience in healthcare or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience or related certifications (e.g., PT aide, Medical Assistant).

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and efficient patient intake/registration.
• Onboard new patients, review forms, verify benefits and complete paperwork.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
