ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training and mentorship while supporting therapists and patients in recovery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and during appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and assist clinicians with equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
