Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain valuable healthcare skills through hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to physical therapy.

You will support therapists by preparing treatment areas, assisting with patient check-ins, scheduling, and helping patients perform prescribed exercises, while contributing to a welcoming environment for patients beginning their recovery

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience (PT aide/technician, Medical Assistant, hospital, chiropractic, fitness industry) preferred.
• Certified Personal Trainer experience preferred.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and patient registration to support clinicians.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with home exercise programs and ensure adherence.
