Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on healthcare skills, receive mentorship, and be exposed to both physical and occupational therapy settings.

You will assist with patient intake, prepare treatment areas, support exercises, and help track patient progress as part of a supportive care team. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients reviewing paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up/exercising equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
