Job summary

Fremont Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions in our supportive environment.

Applicants must hold a California state license and a degree in Physical Therapy; new graduates are welcome. This full/part-time role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Physical Therapy.
• California license to practice Physical Therapy.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Performs tests for muscle strength, range of motion, and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records and completes required documentation.
• Conducts home assessments to ensure safe discharge environments and coordinates care.

Physical Therapist (PT) Salary: $99,840 - $124, 800 Full/Part Time

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties and Responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.

• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care..
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments simulated or actual, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.
