Autumn Hills Healthcare Center in California is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, plan, and administer treatments for residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues. This role requires licensure in California and a PT degree; new graduates welcomed.

The position offers a salary range of $99,840 to $124,800 per year with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and relocation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal problems.
• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties and Responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.

• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments simulated or actual, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
