Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN opportunities in Steubenville, OH. You will join a team led by experienced clinicians who value quality care and collaboration.

As a PRN therapist, you choose when you work, while maintaining patient care standards. Required a DPT, active Ohio license, NPTE, and 1 year of experience is preferred, with duties including evaluating and updating treatment plans and educating patients and families.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
