Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Glenside, PA, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join a collaborative team. You will evaluate patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and coordinate with other clinicians to ensure quality care.

This on-site role offers daytime PRN shifts within a supportive clinic environment. The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy, possesses an active PT license, and brings a proactive approach to patient education and care planning.

Qualifications

• DPT degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
