Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN hours in Pittsburgh. You’ll join a collaborative team of clinicians who value patient-centered care and flexibility in scheduling.

The position requires a DPT, an active PT license, and NPTE compliance, with preference for 1 year of PT experience. You’ll evaluate and implement treatment plans, educate patients, and coordinate with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
