Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist in Scranton, PA. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

The role offers daytime PRN scheduling and the support of a dedicated therapy team. As part of the Continuum Therapy Partners network, you’ll educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention, while maintaining licensure and pursuing optimal

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
