Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PRN team in Steubenville, OH. You’ll enjoy freedom to schedule your hours while remaining part of a supportive clinical team.

Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy, current state license, NPTE, and ideally 1 year of PT experience. You will evaluate, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Formación

• DPT degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
