Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Scranton, PA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for PRN work. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress while coordinating with other clinicians to ensure quality care.

The role supports daytime PRN scheduling, with patients at Linwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Scranton. Requires DPT, active license, and NPTE eligibility. Prior PT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of prior PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
