Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join as a PRN clinician in Alliance, OH. The role supports flexible scheduling while remaining part of a collaborative therapy team led by experienced clinicians dedicated to quality care.

Requirements include a DPT, an active license, NPTE qualification, and preferred 1 year of PT experience. You will contribute to patient progress and educate families on home exercise programs to support recovery.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
