Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join a team that values flexible scheduling with high-quality care. The role lets you build a daytime schedule while delivering care shaped by clinicians who understand real-world practice.

You must have a DPT, hold an active PT license, and be able to collaborate with other disciplines. Prior PT experience is preferred; you will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients and

Competenze

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Mansioni

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
