Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join a supportive team in Alliance, OH. You choose when you work while maintaining patient care quality as guided by experienced therapists.

Requirements include a DPT, an active state license (NPTE) and at least 1 year of PT experience preferred. The role offers a flexible schedule (10–15 hours/week) in a local facility.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE required.
• One year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
