Ascension Health is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for the Rawson outpatient Clinic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This part-time position offers 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including options on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during daytime hours.

You will design recovery paths, deliver hands-on therapy, and mentor PTAs and students, while partnering with families to support home-based progress and ensure high-quality care within the Rehabilitation department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire; Licensed Rehab Therapist (RPT) prior to hire.
• Driver's license preferred.

• Deliver Hands-On Excellence: Use your technical skills to provide direct therapy interventions, adapting your approach to the unique physiological and emotional needs of each patient.

• Empower Families: Recovery is a team effort. You'll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the journey toward home.

• Lead with Mentorship: Serve as a clinical guide for PTAs, students, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and shared learning across the department.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

• Preferred Credential(s):

• Drivers License.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree OR Doctorate preferred.
