Job summary

Ascension Franklin Hospital in Franklin, WI is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patient recovery in Rehabilitation. This PRN position delivers specialized PT interventions under supervision, collaborates on care plans, documents patient progress, and mentors aides and students to maintain a safe, high-quality clinical environment.

Requirements include BLS within 30 days and PTA credential from the Wisconsin Board.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date; AHA or Red Cross accepted.
• PTA credential from Wisconsin PT Examining Board prior to hire date.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
