Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey seeks a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric care team. The PTA will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications include licensure in the state of practice, ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and a passion for the geriatric

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision.
• Experience in SNF/geriatric settings preferred but not required.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
