Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center seeks a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant to join a skilled nursing team focused on geriatric care. The PTA will work under the supervision of a PT to support mobility and functional improvement, in a compassionate SNF environment.

The candidate must hold an active PTA license in New Jersey and be able to evaluate and treat residents independently, contributing to overall wellness and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• SNF/geriatric experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
