Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking aPhysical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on a per diem basis to support a geriatric population in a skilled nursing setting. The PTA must hold a New Jersey license and be capable of evaluating and treating residents with minimal supervision.

The role focuses on mobility, pain relief, and functional activities to enhance residents’ daily living and comfort while working within a dynamic geriatrics team.

Qualifications

• Current NJ PTA license is required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
