Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey seeks a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The PTA will assist the PT to improve mobility and promote overall wellness for geriatric residents.

Applicants must hold a valid PTA license in the state and be able to evaluate and treat independently with limited supervision. SNF experience is preferred but not required. Competitive per diem schedule and benefits are offered.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
