Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate holds an NJ PTA license and can evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting the PT with therapies to improve mobility, prevent disability, and promote general wellness. Per diem shifts offer a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in New Jersey is required.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred but not required.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
