Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Plainfield, NJ, is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic geriatric rehabilitation team. The role involves assisting the PT with therapies to improve mobility and function in a skilled nursing facility.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
