Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. The PTA will support a dynamic team, evaluate and treat residents with geriatric needs, and contribute to mobility and wellness programs under minimal supervision.

The role requires an active PTA license in the state of practice and a passion for geriatric care, with opportunities for fringe benefits and discount programs as outlined in the benefits.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
