Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will assist the PT in therapies aimed at improving mobility, pain relief, and overall wellness for residents, with independence in evaluation and treatment under supervision.

Qualifications include an active NJ PTA license; SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of practice (New Jersey).
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience in geriatric or SNF settings is preferred.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
